About me

I’m a freelance writer and editor specializing in travel, lifestyle and arts & entertainment content. I have a background in marketing, PR, and project management, and have produced copy, web content, social media and blog posts, print and online articles, and product descriptions for a variety of clients.

I am the managing editor of three metro Atlanta publications — Peachtree Corners Magazine, Southwest Gwinnett magazine and THE CREEK – a Johns Creek magazine. I write and edit for the print magazines and online articles, manage tasks and deadlines, create four weekly email newsletters, manage the publication’s websites (turning press releases into online articles, writing original content, and laying out the posts for optimal SEO and ease-of-reading).

I am also a regular travel writer for Equity Estates, providing blog posts, profiles, investor spotlights and residence copy on an ongoing basis.

I support a healthy work-life-family balance + making time to learn new things. I’m currently studying Japanese, writing a novel and collection of short stories, and always seeking to expand my knowledge of writing and editing.

Personal interests include reading (non-fiction, classics, YA, magical realism, fantasy, historical fiction and translated Japanese and Korean novels), K-dramas, 80s music, BTS, art, cooking, travel, gaming, gardening, photography, poetry, history, good movies, and more.

MY RATES: Rates may vary based on project size and turnaround time, but I typically charge $45–$50/hour for writing and editing. For larger or ongoing projects, I’m happy to offer a flat project or per-page rate once the scope and turnaround time have been confirmed.
